Overall it is just ok
We cannot say it is a 4 star property.
Staff behavior was good.
Restaurant, ambience is good. Food was not that delicious.

Food was Great in taste and the most amazing factor is all items are not so expensive.
Homely calm and quiet atmosphere interior of the room + bathroom have a royal touch. more over staff were nice

Close to Ambalapuzha temple which makes it walkable distance for a visit to the temple. Rooms are good but bit cramped though..Hot water facility is not round the clock . Food was very good especially the buffet breakfast with a good spread. Overall the stay was good except the entrance to the bar which gives a bit of privacy issues to the residents with the moving crowd.

The hotel is situated on the main road on the Ambalapuzha Allapuzha highway.
Location and ambience is good. Rooms and bathroom were neat and clean.
Food was average, expected better.
They provide only 1 water bottle per room and extra water is chargeable. They are charging Rs 20 MRP bottle at Rs 30 and normal RO water is provided only if you insist that to limited amount. This I felt is not good if you are not provided normal water also after paying so much room charges.

The receptionist is a racist. He insults customers. Had very bad experience during check in. but the rooms are comfortable.

The room was pathetic. I have booked a deluxe room but the room provided to me was very horrible. Didn't expected this from the hotel management.
