The hotel was good but they didn't allow in swimming pool...n the staff wasn't cooperative ...we stayed in a hotel bcoz of pool but they didn't allow us

very bad experience for two night in room no 111.Ac is old window type,when heated its mcb drop down,it happen six time during two night,management answer is not proper and denied for refund.there was large drainage nala beside hotel,pathetic smell.no change of bedsheets and towels after first night

superb hotel nearest from ramnagar railway station. we enjoyed swimming pool, restaurant with family. very enjoyed. very nice hotel. safari jeep can also pick up you from this hotel because hotel location is nearest from bijrani gate.

It's good Hotel, nice food. Staff is cooperative, Hotel is near to Railway station. One can easily get Auto from station to Hotel as well as pick up point of Jim Corbett Safari at Ramnagar.

We really have a great time .Enjoyed a lot .A great experience during my stay .The staff was really cooperative and provided an excellent service. The hotel orgainsed the Holi event 2022 which was really excellent.We enjoyed our trip and had a good time with my family.

pathetic hotel, rates are too high of meals, we ordered 12 roti and cost more than 350 bucks, pathetic parking arrangements, took more than 30 mns to get car out of parking, asked for extra milk powder for tea, reception answered that it will cost 100 bucks per pouch, can't explain more about my worst stay in this hotel, never recomend this hotel to anyone and can't forget this pathetic stay which spoiled my mood

Sorry I never travelled due to corona virus . So no idea at all about the hotel. If You could provide refund or credit it would be nice. I am providing low rating provisionally. Otherwise cant file This feed back.
