I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. The amenities provided did not match what was mentioned at the time of booking. Basic essentials like a dental kit and bath kit were missing from the room. Additionally, the towel provided had a very unpleasant smell, which reflected poorly on the hygiene standards of the property. Overall, the service and attention to guest comfort were not up to the mark.

Very disappointed with the hotel rooms.The rooms were not clean.Leakage found in the washroom.We had senior citizens using the rooms but no provision for hot water also in the rooms.

I would rate 3.5 for my experience. Could have been 4 if the incident wouldnt have happend to me.
Good:
1. Location - located centrally in civil lines and easy reach for all transports.
2. Rooms - The Suit room was perfectly spacious with plenty of furniture like small dinner table, a 2 seater sofa, shoe rack, AC, TV and a large cupboard. large bed which can easily take 3 people. Bathrooms are nicely built and spacious with hot water facility.
