A Disappointing and Exploitative Experience At “Hotel Cosmos” 👎 Recently I stayed with my family at “Hotel Cosmos” and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not worth the hefty price they charged. it was my last stay in this property. Pathetic hotel managed and maintained. this time room was given in front of garbage storage, room no.110 and it was smelling like hell. No sugar, tea, coffee sachets provided, dental kit not provided, water was not provided, blanket was full of stains, fan was continuously making noise and when I ask them to change it, they denied. the experience was horrible, no amenities as mentioned during booking. never book hotel with breakfast, they never serve on time. staff and manager behaviour is rude.

Had to change three rooms to get settled. The staff was clueless and chaotic, the TV was not working, no hot water in the bathroom, had to request a hot water bucket in the morning for the bath. The stay is not worth the room price.

staff behaviour is rude, they don't know the meaning of hospitality. flush is not working properly. food is average but have high price. There is no water in room, you have to buy 60 rupees per lit. of water ( vedika) there is no wi-fi in hotel.
