hotel is ok to stay. but there is no restaurant & other extra facilities. one small restaurant in the hotel premises but i would like to share it, don't go with them. iT's worst experience for us. we had found baby cockroach & hair in food. you can order food from one of the restaurent which is menu you can get from the hotel. This hotel is 8-9 minutes walkable from Kalangut beach. you can hire bike - scooter from the hotel. i suggest if you want to stay in budget hotel in Goa don't go with Baga beach you can try at kalangut.

it was a horrible exp room was very small and we had the booking for 3 days but we left on the first day itself horrible stay horible place

Not deluxe at all.
Property photos are misleading.
No room service.
No toiletries provided.
Even though the hotel is a 10 min walk from Calangute beach, the road is secluded during the night and doesn't feel safe.

The room is exactly as described by the owners, while checking-in the room offered to us was reeking of cigarettes but the staff happily offered us another room. There is a small restaurant in the property.
ample parking space is available.
The beach is in close proximity approx 600-700 mts from the property.
