I have booked super deluxe cottage with Air conditioning which is mentioned in the amenities section but there is no Air conditioning available. When I tried to enquire about AC I was asked to open the window for fresh air.PATHETIC PLACE...

Though we had a confirmed booking at cottage Ananda yet we were not provided a room at the confirmed property. The host has accomadated us at The Pine lodge which was about 20 meters across the road before Ananda Cottage. We didn't mind this change of property because for us, it is more about Mukteshwar and the hospitality than the property. The two serving staff Mr. Rahul and Mr. Deepak Bisht made sure that we didn't face any service related issue. They were great hosts. The property is located ...more

It is nice property. Location is also good. You will get a nice mountain view from your room. There is as such no balcony but they have terrace and small parks inside the premises. Food is also delicious.
Overall it is a recommendable property.
