room is good but staff service is really poor, i asked 3 time for cutlery once at reception, then in room dining call 📞, but none of them was bothered to provide cutlery. really pathetic service

बैग हमें खुद से ले जाना पढ़ा था। उन्होंने हमको बैक रूम पर नहीं पहुंच गए थे। रूम की की बना कर दी थी, वह भी चल नहीं रही थी। दूसरी बार की बनवानी पड़ी हमको।और रूम सर्विस में हमने जो बोला था वह भी उन्होंने पूरा नहीं किया था।रूम का फोन भी नहीं चल रहा था।

This is no closer to Radisson's standard. The room was average, the amenities were missing when we checked in. I had to call both the days to get tea bags, cups etc. It looked like they just cleaned up the room without even checking the basic the refill. The fridge was not working and our food got spoiled in it. When we complaint about all this to the front desk, the staff was least responsive. They didn't even show any empathy or apologized. we had an excellent time at the hotel, everything went perfectly well, the staff is very nice and polite, the food is just too good, the rooms are fantastic, the beds are awesome because we all had a very comfortable sleep

The location is good, and the hotel is easily accessible. I booked a room with breakfast and dinner. According to the charges mentioned, I paid Rs. 1000 for dinner. When I went for dinner, they gave me a menu with just a few limited items: 2-3 salads, 2 soups, egg curry, mixed veg, paneer gravy, bhindi ajwaini, dal fry, steamed rice, and gulab jamun and no non-veg or dry items.
