this is regarding my recent hotel stay at country inn resort jim corbett. the hotel did upgrade us to their higher category room but we somehow passed our time over there... the linens were not clean ...we had to make repeated requests to change them... moreover the cleanliness of the hotel was a concern all the time. the pool walls had algae deposits. and as we were travelling with kids. they were excited about the pool so we had no option and sent them in the pool.. but to our misfortune, my s ...more

A special thanks to Country Inn Tarika management team, I was given complimentary upgrade by them to thier Luxury property Zana and I cannot put in words, the wonderful and amazing experience the staff - Shahiba, Nazeer and everyone else gave....making our stay most memorable...10/10 for Rooms alloted, Food - A special curated menu and Jain food was prepared for 11 of us and that too full fledge menu with amazing spread and Variety. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were not clean, with stained bed sheets and poor hygiene overall. Additionally, the service was extremely slow and unresponsive, which made the stay quite unpleasant.

This propert is ruining the brand value of Country Inn, dirty & smelly room, mattresses are pathetic, frequent power cut for long time and no one to listen your voice. I'll never recommend anyone to stay here.

very bad experience,Jim cottage room is just equivalent to service quarter, view is old damaged Boundary wall
No contact list in room/no menu
mattress is very hard was not able to sleep, sound in bed
Blinds not working,no water pressure in washroom.
only food is better than average
