the place is fantastic.there are two swimming pools one for children , another one for adults.good room service.good food.1 hour from kolkata airport.friendly atmosphere.

There is no support from the hotel management, if you want to change rooms, also complimentary water bottles we have to use as it's as provided if you ask for cold then you have to purchase it separately.

Nice place to relax with your family for a day or 2. Not too far from the city but definitely away from the hustle bustle. Food quality pretty good. Nicely maintained pool and lawns. Efficient and courteous staff.

The facilities and amenities are not provided as per the rate charged. Better book a 4 star hotel in the city with the same expenses. The food in the restaurant is not good even though the charges are quite high. it's not worth. Be careful about the water. It's looks dirty. Only use packaged drinking water which costs 50 bucks per litre for a MRP of 20.

Very good place and location is too peaceful.I recommend to other's person because this place is very much better for picnic and with family time spent.

This was a very nice and pleasant stay . I would say complete restriction free property and supportive staff. One can enjoy a beer inside pool and the pool is really nice . Room sizes are good and clean . It would have been better if the bathroom floor can be made of good quality quick water soak flooring , but not a major show stopper. Liked the food ,and whole ambience !! I liked the supportive behaviour of all the staff and leisure time in the garden
