Had an average stay. Service is good and people are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are neat, but finer cleaning can be done to make it better. liked the fact that they use fresh white linen. Location of the resort is an issue - it's neither in Kolkata nor in Sunderban! No wifi in rooms and difficult to reach thevresort unless you have your own vehicle. Restaurant is very good and finer details are taken care of. Food is average. Food and room service close at 10pm! Should have been till 11pm at least.
