    it felt like a 3 star hotel with too much crowd during the dinner and breakfast felt more like a fish market with no place to sit especially during the Dinner .food was not being refilled ,roti ,puri was taking a lot of time to be served after several reminders ...room Ac especially at night doesnt work and you feel suffocated .....ambience view from the room is good ....

    Not a good Service. Though they gave me early check in and room of my choice...The room had lot of problems...staff is not trained and hospitable. 1. Room TV had No English movie channels. Most of the channels were DD. Then on first night of my stay all channels went off...every timr technician was coming to check and I was disturbed again and again. 2. Minibar was empty and no bathrobes were provided in room. 3. I asked for bottle opener and staff was rude said I can't keep with me in room as i ...more

    Nice view, could see the DY Patil Stadium from the 11th Floor and it looked amazing. The room was clean and well made.

    Amazing Viwe from Higher floor. Direct View of DY Patil Stadium. The only concern was that only 1 lift was working hence wait time was too long. Food is above average. Overall a good place and nice location
