I had a terrible experience at this hotel, where the management harassed me in all possible ways and forced me to change rooms and lastly they shifted to another one hotel.The ground-floor room I booked for my parents was uninhabitable due to poor ventilation, bad smell and unclean toilets. To make things worse, there was no water available for toilets or drinking purposes.
