Smoking smells were there in rooms. Rooms are lacking ventilation. Felt management is not very honest with there suggestions. Smelly room and service.

Gave a small room at the price of the executive room. When asked to change rooms, they said that we'll have to manage. Very small room with no ventilation. Also the tv wasn't working. Feedback was completely ignored. We didn't argue much because we didn't want to spoil the first day of our journey. The hotel management should take care of these things without saying. They shouldn't have allowed booking for the executive room when they didn't have one available. Or should have informed earlier an ...more

The hotel is excellent and the hospitality is great… The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Only Vegan foods are available.

Average experience. breakfast we were provided sandwich which was not good. I will not recommend for stay.
