Worst hotel ever ! We booked 2 rooms,Floors were cracked of both the rooms which led to cut on my kid's foot ! And when we contacted at the reception ! They fixed it with just a tape ! How careless ! We have been staying in this hotel from last 4 years whenever we visit ajmer but this time hotel is in worst condition ! Pathetic pathetic pathetic !!

rooms floor are broken it hits my daughters foot and no better replacement was given toilet flush wash also not in running position

good rooms, stay was very comfortable. food quality was good, toiletries ware given on demand. as business traveller, clean room, comfortable stay, good wifi connection and good food is required and those were available.highly satisfied.

nicely located in the centre of the city, everything u can find close by. they helped us in early check-in also.. helping, polite staff.. very happy that we stayed there. we stayed with our daughter, we could easily notice, that they were very helping and caring for the children.. thanks for your hospitality.

Booked two rooms in this property for the stay. The rooms were very dirty and untidy. AC in one room was not working and there were no TV remotes. There was so much dirt in the room and the service was equally horrible. Asked for TV remote it did not come. Asked for bathing soap, it never came. Better to consider other options as the rooms are inhabitable and unhygienic and service is way off their control ! Please do look under the beds and you will realise what soup you are in ! We stayed there for a night and the hotel was clean and cosy also the food was amazing. But i would like to mention that they should try to take care of the furnishing they use (specially the blankets and pillows) else it was amazing.
