At prime Location. Clean Rooms & washrooms. Service was fantastic. We checked out of the hotel & unfortunately our bus got delayed in the evening. On request, they kept our luggage in their clock room even after we checked out of hotel, which was fantastic gesture shown. Overall a great experience. Complementary breakfast could be improved by adding more food items in menu.

Worst experience at this hotel.I regret booking rooms for my entire family(4 rooms) here for 3 days.They do not respond to any of you concerns or queries.There was no doormat and dustbin provided in any of the rooms.When informed about that, the manager coolly said it is not their practice to place these basic facilities in the rooms. The Wi-Fi was not working and they didnt bother to repair it even after complaining.The corridor was full of dirt and dust and they cleaned the room only once in t ...more
