very unsatisfying stay,the reception staff was most uncooperative, there was no windows or ventilation in the room provided, they didn't provide any drinking water nor internet wi-fi nor intercom. even if you needed a cup of tea you were supposed to call them on mobile. i ordered tea without sugar, which they couldn't comply, i tried to order breakfast at 8 am they said it will come only after 9 am, what is this nonsense. i had to leave at 9 am to catch a train. such poor quality hotels to offer.
