I called for cutlery and was told it was chargable . I had heard this for the first time at a 5 star hotel. The rooms are nice but the service isnt . The staff is not helpful at all.

the room was good the property is centrally located with cp just 17 mins from the property. however the in house service is really bad. repeated calls have to be made for room cleaning or for other such services. that being said the staff is brilliant. celebrated bday of a friend there and they gave complimentary cake sharp at 12 am. pool is brilliant and opens till 9:45 pm. overall happy stay.
