Staff is very good.Breakfast was very good.
Service provided was up to mark.Overall it was a great to stay at crowne plaza pune.Specially the duty manager was very cooperative.

Overall experience was good but it can be better
Like- We got early check as staff is good so as per our request had given
But room has no fridge as mention in amenities and room light can be improved as not show good as shown.

worst service ever. if you need anything you need to call 5-6 times. they do not pick calls until you call 2-3 times. not recommended, better to book any 3 star hotel but not this.

i had a great stay at crowne plaza. the hotel was pretty close to the airport. it has great restaurants nearby and is super close to the metro station. the room was great, there was a pretty decent sized bath also.

overall a good experience except for the billing desk who takes long hours for the checkout procedure even though it was prepaid room.
