The property is close to the beach and is newly renovated. The rooms are neat, spacious and every well furnished. The wooden finishes give a really good vibe and it's worth every penny!! The balcony adds on to the experience as well!!

This is the second terrible experience I’ve had booking. First, the hygiene in the rooms is abysmal, especially the toilets, which smell like a public restroom. The rooms are not clean at all. When I arrived, there was no power. On the second day, when the power was restored, hot water was coming from all lines, including the flush tank. The room service is equally poor—there were no tea bags or sugar, and despite repeatedly asking the housekeeping staff, my requests were ignored. I stayed in a ...more

it was amazing clean hotel the staff was amazing as well only one problem they don't have thier own place to get your car Parked rest everything was amazing
the stay was amaizng clean rooms pool kids enjoyed the pool the hotel is just few meters away from the beach walkable distance... the staff was all good specially Sumitra and Pooja mam

I stayed here for 1 night fanatastic location near 1-2 min walk from patnem beach.mostly foreigners stay here.
good for the family for relaxation.
