Apart from location nothing good to say about the hotel. TV is not working. Bathroom door latch is not functioning. No cupboard in the room. no chair in the room. No curtain in shelf. For the price they are charging the room is not worthy.
The hotel has parking for 3 cars.
when I asked to change the room they said hotel is full. but not sure if it is true because apart from my vehicle no other vehicle was there in the parking.
Big Disappointment in booking this hotel.

The place is quiet and the staff is helpful.
The beach is walking distance away. Rooms are spacious. They have multiple properties spread across south Goa. We stayed at the one next to Palonam beach .

Perfect location, good clean room with bathtub. Room is pretty much the same as shown in property pictures. It's really spacious. Only thing is that there are no lockers provided for luggage.There's no cupboard, only open cabinet for keeping luggage. It may be the only downside if you are looking for lockers or closed cupboards. Otherwise no issues. Service is very nice, staff is really helpful. You can reach the main entrance of the beach with less than a minute's walk. Palolem market & bike rental services are in the same vicinity, no hassles.

Perfect Budget Stay Near the Beach
Affordable, clean, and close to the beach. The rooms are tidy, and caretaker Anil is wonderfully helpful. Ideal for a quiet, budget-friendly stay within easy walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend.

I don’t have any photos but the room was smelling so bad of dampness, I bought incense sticks to make it better. WC had some permanent stains, no bathroom kit was provided, had to buy a toothpaste next morning. I couldn’t bathe due to unavailability of water. Thankfully the washbasin tap was working.
Thankfully I had already booked the better room with bathtub for my last night here.
So my suggestion to everyone: Do yourself a favour and DO NOT Book the lower category room, it’s pathetic. Go f ...more

room is ok, room are inside a villa but they are decent... there is no tv inside but we did not feel like any need of it...... room was big and airy.... overall everything was decent...not too low.. not extraordinary...

AC was not working properly, but owner quickly checked issue and also provided backup hotel room for stay in case same issue happened again. Overall it was decent experience.
