As rated, horrible. No health faucets. null of the power points are working. Importantly, they have not advertised the non-availability of a restaurant and you have to walk a mile each way even for a cup of coffee. I don't recommend.

When you order water bottles, we have to give money immediately, they will demand for cash only, simply they will enter into the room without asking our permission. No politeness at all. We all girls are in room. They don't have sense and entered inti room and demanding for cash immediately and talking too much... we paid 12000 rs 2 days, cannot we pay 60 rs more. The way they behave really i hated.

Pros : Location on main road. Near many shops and restaurants. Has decent budget rooms with basic amenities. Lift facility and parking is available.
Cons : AC in rooms could be better with timely service and repairs. Breakfast could be better.

We had an amazing stay at CS Arunachala residency, value for money. Easily accessible, clean and tidy. Special mention - staff behaviour was exemplary.
