Very Bad experience, Room was just bad, No power back up. very bad behavior from staff when we asked to on power generator.

Good to stay for short time vacation, staffs are good and safe as well. But strict on their check in and check out timings. No backup generators available. Please carry all life saving equipments like torch light, umbrella, rain covers at anytime. Otherwise rooms are good.

high price . services was horrible.caretaker asked to park the car above the road where place was not sufficient despite parking space available in front of building.approach was very arrogant and it took hours to find a suitable place for parking.also the rooms were not that tidy.towels and blankets provided were too bad.never recommend this hotel which is overpriced

I would have rated 5 stars. I am reducing one star for the broken lamps, broken window, broken tap that was fixed temporarily by me and broken shower knob. and reduced half a star for the confusion around whether driver dormitory is available, I was told it's available at the beginning and later we were told only washroom is available, the manager is not the best person youaregoing to want to talk to in case of a conflict. Otherwise the room was fine for checking in at evening sleeping in the night and leaving the next morning. Not recommended for stays lasting for more than a day.

Had a very unpleasant experience. Regret booking this hotel.
1. Dirty bedsheets.
2. No basic toiletries provided.
3. Rude behaviour by person in-charge.
4. Upon confronting about dirty bedsheets Mr. Pancham says "You can't expect clean bedsheets, little stain and dirt could be there"
5. Very Unhygienic.
Would recommend not to book this hotel.

We stayed for just one night but I must stay it was worth the money.
Pros: great location, great ambience, great food, staff were polite and humble, heat of the City.
Electric kettle also provided for executive rooms too. It's one of the basic necessity considering Ooty climate during winter.
P.S. I highly recommend this place.

One of the worst hotel in my experience. no proper help to the hotel. I have Booked the 5 rooms and we requested those rooms on the same floor but they were given separate floors. pls don't book the hotel.
