i am extremely disappointed with the condition of my room. upon arrival, i found bird feathers and droppings inside the room, which is highly unhygienic and unacceptable.
to make matters worse, when i requested cleaning, the staff refused, stating that it was night time and no assistance could be provided. this lack of support has caused significant discomfort and inconvenience.

Hotel Have written in its policy that complimentary 3 hours early check in. But they kept senior citizens waiting for 1 and half hour. Also front office manager was very very rude

Front office manager was very rude. Hotel blankets were having stain. Hotel didn't have lift for rooms on 2nd floor
