as it's name suggests, stay is serene, beautiful environment peaceful surroundings, clean hygienic rooms. a nice affordable family stay option.

The hotel is beautiful. Picturesque, quite, calm, neat, big rooms, balcony, wide veranda. But in the room no. 310 there was lot of flaws- water stagnant in the bathroom floor, no tooth kit, no stools in the bathroom (others they have), very less water bottle at room, first day no tea pouches, no mosquito repellent.
Again room service is good, hospitality is excellent. Overall experience is good. Conveyance is very poor.

Ambience and cleanliness are top rated. Very customer friendly and supportive.
Only suggestion is limited options in house cafeteria it can be revamped with diverse menu.

Pool has too much chlorine, eyes burned if put our head in the water.
Our room's AC wasn't working. It was a good thing we tried it immediately. The manager was kind enough to move us to another room

The stay was amazing and i was not interested in going back home. It was so scenic and beautiful place to stay. Moreover the management person was very kind and helpful.
