the bathroom door is not closed the balcony door is not properly open and close and door bell is not working and cleniness of room is not satisfied and also almira door is not closed

i booked this hotel for 1 day but when checked in we were so impressed the staffs are great the service is best 10/10 the environment and the owner is also so friendly and helpfull we literally booked for next 4 to 5 days as the best service we got here...
and infact there is a live music everyday and with a fireplace .. must visit place
