we booked wooden cottage sea facing room. After checkin there was some light issue they changed our room oralia partial sea facing room however room is good but food is very bad no hygiene maintain in kitchen there were insects roaming around on floor toaster is very unclean flys on fruits and there were local taxis person not allowing you to book govt taxi they fight wd you n if u book their taxi they will charge higher amount. Dont stay ashvem side but if you want to stay please stay in riva beach resort or la cabana resort.

The location of the hotel is good. Right on the beach. They can do better with the restaurant and ambience of the restaurant. But overall a good place.

Full marks to the location and breakfast..small selection of food but everything good...areas needs to be improved are cleaning of rooms and service..the ceiling was leaking in heavy rain..albeit it lasted for just a while..

These people had mentioned that stags are not allowed in this property I had made the booking accordingly but there were stags in the entire resort and they spoiled our entire trip After that the power was going off every 15 minutes, it was a bad experience, it is a good property but the hospitality was not good

Rooms are good indeed - the view is awesome from the balcony to the beach, although it was raining however thats a different experience 😀

While the property is decent and rooms are fine, the problem lies with other stuff. I had booked a cab through GoaMiles for my onward journey. But while checking out of the hotel, the staff at the hotel started forcing me to book a local taxi and even informed the goons disguised as Taxi drivers sitting just outside the hotel and they started fighting with my cab driver and wouldn't let my cab leave. The experience was so bad that I will never suggest anyone to stay in this third rate resort. Never stay here if you are with your family.

best resort view are amazing well maintained and well behaved staff I took breakfast plus dinner food was very tasty it's little overpriced so it's better if u take with dinner in dinner they offer 1veg 1dal naan 2 and rice and icecream but food was sufficient and very tasty

We stay 3 days over there. Firstly we are reaching early the room are empty and ready but they are not given us early check in. Secondly after checking there are lost of insects in the room and the big size rat was room and they are unable to remove rat from the room and 3 nights we were scary and not sleep well. Food is not upto the mark. Breakfast is not good.

awseome property. amazing location. they have two propeties. one just connected to the sea and other one after crossing the road. best one is sea facing and connected one. however rooms are more bigger in the other property. nice breakfast and supportive staffs.

The hotel property is good The rooms are spacious and comfortable. swimming pool was clean. property was beside Ashwin beach.
Restaurants are too costly don't use restaurant food for dinner and Add lunch in your package which will cost effective.
