Excellent hotel in Jabalpur, good hotel rooms, good service. The hotel is famous for events like marriage, engagement, sangeet etc. It has good open space which is utilised for this kind of event. Food served in the breakfast, dinner is excellent and has many varieties. The restaurant ambience is very good, the staff serving starters and the mocktails are good. The buffet is served with one hard drink as a welcome drink, along with unlimited mocktails. Food quality is also very nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Everything about the hotel is good. Occassionally, one or two lapses happen, but the staff somehow manages to fix it.

The size of the room was fine but according to the fare, there was no maintenance of the hotel, zero maintenance is the hotel is useless to go in it by paying so much money

Negatives (1)Prices are high as compared to other hotel (2) a very old not maintained hotel (3) very dirty bedsheets towels and low quality bed (4) toilet was also dirty (5) room was a bit too cold , they should provide a water heater in the room Positives (1) location is near to railway station (2) reception staff and other staff was nice (3) City view from window was nice (4) good quality toiletries provided (5) Instant hot water service Overall I did not like my stay it's looks like a lodge not a hotel.
