pro's: hotel management is good and supportive, safety and security is good, con's : free pick up is a false promise, book a ait condition room but air conditioning is not working and found in broken condition, cleaning and decoration must be improved,
overall : it is an average hotel , don't expect anything more.

Good budget hotel in that price range and free breakfast was also given but breakfast is given very late.
