Booked for 3 members of our family. The deluxe room is NOT 2,000sq ft but much smaller!! Ranjith C is a night time manager and came in only at 9:45pm. The daytime mgr wasn’t helpful Won’t stay here ever, even if the mgr responds with an apology as is mostly the case.

The service was good and quite prompt. They cleaned the room regularly. Pleasant smell, comfortable temperature within the property. Nice buffet breakfast. My overall stay was pleasant.

Check in Time was 12.pm..Was offered Room at 12.25.pm. For a Hand Towel took 30 mins. cockroach in Wash Room.

I stayed in this two times recently.. During my 1st stay i checked in at 1 am in the night, check in process was smooth. i was offered a modern room, room was bit small but was ok. Modern electrical fitting, clean rooms, nice interior. Break spread was less & they lacked taste. During my 2 nd stay i was offered an room with old interiors size of the room was big, washroom was small. Its a bit costly for their room quality. Overall ok nothing great. I will give a 3.5.

Everything was good in hotel but the front desk executive tell us not to book she forced me to book offline from hotel itself.
