location: easily accessible and very close to prestige shantiniketan and nexus shantiniketan cleanliness: very clean, housekeeping does a diligent jobservice: prompt and courteous. front desk staff is helpful.food: in house restaurant is there. food is really good and value for money. breakfast spread was also good. we mostly had meals within the hotel. cost: highly cost effective and value for money

i had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. the staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything i needed for a relaxing stay. the location was perfect — easily accessible and close to a famous mall. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, wifi speed and ambiance. overall, a great balance of comfort, service, and value. i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and i look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

One of the worst stay I had, They dont have bar but its mentioned they had a bar and water leakage in washroom. Not hygiene place to stay. Location wise its good.

the hotel is decent value for money. The room lighting is very dim and there is no outside light coming in the room due to the building artistic style. Good option for solo and Business travelers.
