you get what you paid for. service is decent. don't expect much cleanliness. it's acceptable if you're planning to stay a day or just sleeping a night.

*good & clean location - on main road, close to hussain sagar lake. * rooms are basic but reasonably spacious. my room had good natural light and ventilation. * bathrooms could have been better. there was no provision to close the bathroom door 😨* baby cockroaches moving in bathroom & room.

Hotel staff is calm and good. I been allowed for early check in at 9:00 am witout any charges this is humbality of Manager at reception.

Deccan comforts is a great stay. A beautiful location just opposite to secretariat. And at walking distance of hussain sagar lake the most beautiful site of hyderabad. Owner was very very friendly and chilled. Loved his gesture. Let me share one experience , i am from Tripura on 28th of sept we were staying there my parents were awake midnight at about 3Am .The owner was really generous to offer them a tea at that time. The rooms were good . Washrooms were clean.

they did not provide towels and soap. rooms are ok. but if you can loose your pocket a little more then you should definitely go for other good hotels.

Iam a regular customer of this hotel Bcose of its located at centre of the well-known landmarks like NTR garden, Lumbini park, Hussainsagar lake,Tank bund Musuem & Birla Mandir,all the destination are 5mnts walkable distance only, The rooms also well-maintained wirh good amenities, The staff also very familiar with arranging Home made food service, i really enjoy with my family and also i Suggest all the family to visit once to this hotel. mainthing my family likes that from this hotel they visited 4-5 places by walking only, they spared my Auto,cab travel money .
