When we called hotel reception before booking they informed us that they have EV charging facility, but when we reached there the charger was not working. The guy at reception refused to help, saying that charger is third party.

Not at all a good experiencethe Front office executive refuse to give us the invoice for the stay, inspite of requesting him multiple the room had a foul smell, the moment I entered, HK executive came a helped with freshner, but again same smell about that attitude and approach is very casual and laid backHe was least concerned about the matterthe attitude and Tone needs to be changedregards

Worst Hotel in my life,
Booked breakfast but refused to serve before 8:00AM
if anyone who is on Business trip don't book this hotel and don't book breakfast included
it is non beneficial
cleanliness is also issues
don't rely on them
no wake call if updated them for wake call
you can miss your important meetings or another travel if any

The overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. The door lock system felt inadequate from a safety perspective, and room service was unacceptably slow. We had to request a room change because of a broken lock. Additionally, the windows were left open, leading to a mosquito problem, and we noticed cockroaches in the room. The provided kettle was also rusty, which was unacceptable. Improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and service speed are urgently needed.

it was very average stay. property is very big but not maintained. rooms are very old type and not very clean. Best thing is locati, as it is on the Mumbai Pune highway

Why is a fake number and mail ID given to the hotel people?
