It the location is good but service was bad. Super bad. We had three rooms books. For two they said they will provide laundry free and for one they denied though that was the expensive room. Than for the two they made issue for laundry bill at the time of checkout. They said it is chargeable however, firstly confirm it is free. They charged for excecutive suit for one room but provided delux. Then one of the front desk person was horrible full of attitude and full for arrogance. He litterly thro ...more

it was an amazing stay at deccan serai grand, the rooms were very clean, and hygienic. also, they upgraded our room for free

reception is not warm welcoming as the staff there are all males. i would highly recommend to change that reception. the working staff will always stare at you and it's so awkward. if you order food they will come multiple times and disturb you.

Very nice hotel it is a value for money to stay there.all staff from the main entrance to room boys are extremely good and well behaved. Rooms are big and clean . Breakfast is superb . Overall it is a good place to stay

Value for money hotel, Rooms were very clean and beautiful l. All staffs were very humble and polite. they have tie up with roast cafe which serves breakfast buffet. That was awesome. Only one reason, i gave 4 star because we asked for 1 hour late checkout and the receptionist was rude on the phone and he denied. Otherwise everything was perfect.
