Good location.... and easy to access... walkable distance to sholayar dam .. facilities are average... and a bit expensive... safe for families... properly is safe for families and children...

The stay was at it's best. The caretakers of the property were very welcoming. Food was homely. They were ready to serve horlicks when asked even at 10 in the night. The cozy weather , location of the property and the morning coffee was awesome. They were very friendly and always up for helping.

The hotel stay and food is really nice, but the location is outside valapari near Dam, Please be aware of the same before booking

Even though the resort might not a very fancy one but the stay was made very comfortable by the service provided. The food was delicious and would like to appreciate kumaran for the amazing hospitality and the food.

Don't book room type "Nilgiri Thar" 205, Two major issues, Foul drainage smell from toilet and room located in front of car parking with no privacy Room located in car park area

Mildew everywhere, they don't even have complementary beverages. one of the most pathetic places to stay. this isn't near eallars

The hotel was accessible , yes it's not exactly in valparai ,it is near sholayar dam which is 20 km away from valparai , u can choose this room if u want room that's away and if u r planning to go to athirapally u can opt for this route... coming about the rooms and amenities Rooms are of two categories niligiri tahr and hornbill nest we booked niligiri tahr - 2 rooms one was absolutely nice from both outer look and inner look ,.,.. the other one we cant accept it as a room tats worth for ... ...more
