Truly an amazing stay, clean and well kept rooms and property, hospitable and humble staffs, great food, awesome views that will make you forget that you need to go out for any sightseeing.The best part is the resort kitty who is damn friendly and cute,the kitty stayed with us for 3 nights, wish we could have adopted and give him a home that he deserves. We will definitely come back to see the kitty as he grows in this amazing resort.

Overall it was a good experience... views from the property are amazing... food was tasty... staff at the reception was courteous.. however options at buffet breakfast were limited and the hospitality at the restaurant needs to improve... approach roads are narrow but manageable
Evening bonfire, indoor games and the views from the property back yard and balconies..

One of the best resort to stay in Ooty which has an amazing view and hospitality. Great service with kind and very friendly staff . Highly recommended place to stay with family and friends.

The hotel stay is wonderful. The rooms are clean and staff are polite. The only problem is the road to the hotel is narrow. The facilities are good.Otherwise stay is wonderful

the stay was good, breakfast was very nice. staff was very supportive. one thing noticed is google map will show very narrow and curve road when coming from conoor side, but good route is another one. it's good to inform guest prior to take the correct route to avoid bad impression at first. i took that narrow road at night and felt horrible, later come to know the better road details.
