The room allotted to us was having issues with AC cooling and even the fan was not working properly we got the room changed after having discussions with the staff, the lift was under maintenance for the starting two days approx later on it got resolved. The hotel looked shabby overall as used linens / to be given linens were kept on steps , the extra bedding was there all the time in the passage, basic tissue papers were missing in the room. Not maintained well...Rusts in the handrails of Balcony( it's very risky and How we will sit /stand in the balcony by holding hands in the handrails , when I informed the Owner about this, he told us that Metals have rusts normally.), Food cooked with Bad oil and taste the same., dining area Fridge so much rusts ,Wifi not provided ,TV are seen damaged , Balcony electricity wiring is not maintained properly ,Some rooms with no cooling AC,Balcony AC out stand fully with rusts.

The fact that they never even considered a partial refund when my flight got cancelled has seriously turned me off, I booked their hotel the previous night and within 4 hours I came to know my flight was cancelled. Their phone was off the hook until 10:30 am the next day. Once they did pick their phone, they declined to understand my situation and declined any form of refund. I wouldn't even consider them for my next travel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Hotel was average and price was very high, service was good but rooms need to be maintain more. Location is near 1 km from Calangut beach.

beautiful hotel with lovely and helping nature staff....the decor throughout is well maintained.
Mayur on reception and other housekeeping staff are exceptional hosts and they ensured that stay is comfortable.
there was medical exigency with my friend...Mayur recommended the best hospital in goa and throughtout the stay he ensured that everything is going well with us. We extended our stay at Derive and the transition was seamless...
Thank you Mayur and Team for comfy stay..will definately miss the TEA...👍😊

They don't even provide brush kit to their customers. But have 2 names of water. Complementary water and water. U will get the same bottle but one is chargeable and one not. This is ridiculous. We thought one bottle per day is complementary but no. We had to pay for all the 6 bottles we asked them to send.
