    Hosts were very welcoming, location and food were good too. View from the cottage was awesome , there is a track to go riverside nearby.

    It was a good experience overall, both the stay and the interaction with the family that runs this place. Food here offers local flavours and is served hot, made by the family.The hotel offers all requisites for a warm stay in the winter months, including room heaters, hot drinking water etc.The most memorable experience here was spending time with the family's dog "cherry".

    Overall stay was good. Location is easily reachable. We have faced issue with extra-bed service as it wasn't available at all. Other food & staff was up to the mark.

    It is a peaceful, cottage kind of stay by the river side. Dev Conifers has clean rooms (bit small though) and bathroom, common dining area, clean kitchen. No Wi-Fi but who needs one in such a beautiful place. The area belongs to the property owner and can be used to laze i all day next to the river. Food that they serve is really good and reasonably priced. Owner (Sonu Bhaiyya) is polite, helpful and a great host.

    Mukesh is a good host, so is his father, Mr Negi. Very hospitable, sweet talking people. Food was tasty, rooms were clean and spacious. Perfect stay at a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay

    This Home stay and cottage is placed at very nice place near the river. If you reached there in night and early morning once open the window you will find the nice scenic beauty. Owner Mr. Negi is also very nice person. Food and hospitality is very good. They serve very Hot and tasty food. I realy enjoyed my time in "Dev Conifers".

    This was not so good experience for home stay. Then property is decently sized with almost a dozen rooms. We booked 3 rooms. Rooms had attached bathrooms with geyser fitted in all. Rooms were clean bu the washrooms were in a mess. Spider webs here and there with no clean washbasin or toilet seats. We visited on long weekend and the hotel was facing a serious shortage of staff.     We enjoyed a lot at this homestay. Staff was very polite and humble . Perfectly located and has stunning views from balcony and lawn. Food is also tasty . Strongly Recommend Property
