worst experience ever.
reached hotel at 11pm but the hotel denied check-in and asked me to pay separately and check-in.
tried reaching out gobibo support and they delayed things again and again.
after a lot of waiting and calling them again and again, they gave us another hotel room at around 5am next morning.
they didn't even compensated for the problem we faced by waiting more than 5 hours outside the hotel.
the new hotel that they provided was akso worse.

worst is Also less for this hotel. no hygiene no upkeep no cleaning at all dirty smelly rooms doesn't match the photographs at all no water bottle or any bathroom amenity
staff said he is helpless n can't do anything about the cleaning
