It was a avarage stay at Dewamrut Hotel, morning brekfast was not that much good. Room was not clean and fresh, Stagg was unprofessional

rooms are not clean , towel was provided at 9.00 pm , water glass was given at 9.30 pm , staff is very arrogant , hot water not coming at bathroom , no breakfast till 8.45 , still waiting for bf , over all very bad hotel

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I am giving the lowest rating due to the below reasons.1. They charged me Rs.600 extra during checking.2. The room was very dirty, the bedsheets were not clean. Ac was not working properly. 3. No towels, or soaps in the bathroom.

Nice and reasonable hotel at the heart of the city. Specious and clean rooms. Safe for woman traveller. Staff is very polite. Only need to improve breakfast quality.

The room and the linen was clean. However the curtains and the windows could be better maintained. The work force was very hospitable and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
