it's a bad hotel like a gost house no room service, staff was not up to the mark as expected,very unhappy with the reception guy behaved,staff are not at all helpful if you book this hotel you loos your money

**..... I reached the hotel by 10 pm(8/5/2018).... the person made me wait for more than half hour.., then he called me and said that the booking can't be made because they have another bulk booking next morning (today 9/5/2018) . this is how they treat customer..... only because of 24 hrs check in check out I choosed this hotel and made the payment but after receiving payment if they are doing like this means it's not at all fair.... now I have to get out of this hotel by 9 am, as the ho ...more

worst experience.. I have booked two rooms. they have provided two booking ID.but during check-in provided only one room..reception people were not friendly. since everything happened because of hotel issue we have told that extra bed will be provided as a complementary. but at the time of check out they have asked money for extra bed.bar is attached. so many local people... do PLEASE DON'T choose this hotel

Poor service quality and slightly away from Guruvayoor. Water in the washrooms have a brownish hue. The restaurant should definitely be avoided; they charge you way over the stated price in the menu for a poor quality dining experience.

This hotel is located at the distance of 10 minutes from the Main Temple and took 15-20 minutes to reach the railway station. Overall stay was fine, no issues as such. Room was comfortable and of good quality. Staff was well behaving and kind. They provided a pick and drop facility from railway station to hotel and vice versa in complimentary, WiFi was also free of cost.
