I recently stayed at your hotel with my family, and I wanted to share some feedback about our experience. Unfortunately, we found the rooms to be smelly and not clean, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast options available were limited and did not meet our expectations.
Given the tariff we paid for our stay, we were hoping for a more satisfactory experience that would reflect better value for money.

Room was just like a cabin size..But room quality was very goodWashrooms very clean..But ever washed away by the staff...pathetic and untrained staff..No friuit basked provided!!!very bad !! Ordered FANTA with ice, and the staff lady brought an open coke after 45 minutes...poor communication amongst staff for room services..Even our check out process and bit hazzy as i still haven't got the bill for the paid amount of room services..Overall the stay was a bit uncomfortable , so would not opt again..Pathetic untrained staff and poor room service

a very ordinary hotel amidst auto repair shops, not the perfect location. had to remind the staff even for water, repeatedly. decided to check out one day early.

Good experience in this hotel.
Room and bathroom are well cleaned.
Location is beautiful.
Staffs behavior are nice and cooperative.
one thing is they don't give Fruit basket and cookie jar which was complementary and don't give drop facility to railway station which was included in my booking.
