Worst experience. No water in sanitary fittings, no water in washbasin, broken shower, plenty of mosquitoes, AC with no cooling...
What more shall I write. Just horrible.

The room was clean and big enough. The behaviour of the employees were good.
But it was not enough for the price that we were paying for each night for the place. There was one micro sized soap and one small sachet pouch of dove shampoo only, for two persons. That's it. Apart from that, there was no body wash item, no hand wash, no body moisturiser, no hair conditioner nothing. Only one towel was present for the room which was not enough.

experience was not good. rooms were clean. staffs were cordial. overall this hotel is good to stay with few uncomfortable experiences like:
1) there was no room heater available even assuring them of extra payment ,
2) there was load shedding in the morning of 11th jan,23 and they didn't make any arrangements for hot water, as a result we left hotel without having bath.

Staff is not supportive. TV was not working and when I asked it to be replaced or change our room then he started giving very weird reasons. We stayed for 2 nights but we couldn't watch TV even for a single minute.
Very unsupportive staff and weird reasons for things not working. One should apologise if basic things are not working, they should not understand customers as fools.

Negatives- No wifi. Land line not working. TV not working. Kitchen guy did not respond to my multiple calls in morning.
Positives - Near to Baba dham. Auto/Toto easily available.

Had a brilliant stay. Cannot fault hotel. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again
