Room was very spacious. Washroom was neat and clean. Both hot and cold water was available

The hotel infrastructure is good but the problem is with the service and facilities. We stayed for a night and we found issues with room cleanliness, heater not available in rooms, hot water not available as per the weather and it was just lukewarm, no extra blanket apart from one. The blanket which was provided was not of good quality and it was just like a quilt not enough to stop the cold especially when we have a 11 month baby.
We did not order food looking into services so can't comment on the food quality.
