We chose the hotel because it was closer to the US embassy. The staff was rude. The food was bad and over priced. Plus you cannot get decent food around the hotel unless you hire an auto and pay Rs. 250 to the auto driver. Not going back again. Too expensive and no service or decency.

sorry the stay was worst. i paid for double delux room and i was given one small dirty room worth of rs.300 . i paid for one night . i checkout out next evening becoz of the room

It's nice time to stay at Hotel Diplomat. The staff at reception as well other support staff were very humble and good enough for our needs during stay. The hotel is very central for Airports, embassies and even to reach market areas. In total it's a EXCELLENT stay for us.

Location near Lutanse's Delhi is USP. Good neat & clean rooms, easy accessibility, easy check in. Restraunt was unavailable. Otherwise enjoyable stay.

its 4 star property but service is like 2 star or worst than that and beds are uncomfortable room is not hygienic
