Literally no room service. Smelly corridor. Zero availability of any essentials not even water and basic cutlery could be sourced easily. Quite unprofessionally maintained. Most of the time reception remained closed or unavailable. Intercom wasn't working and the mobile number provided was out of service. Dilapidated washroom with plaster coming off and hand shower leaking. i would never recommend this to anyone. Disappointing stay and not so cheap fare.

I was very comfortable stay .Staff was very help full .Neat and clean room .Owner is always there to help you out. would love to stay again.

We checked in @8pm and requested we could stay till 2pm. Our request was promptly denied without any courtesy. We assumed that they maybe fully booked, but no.. out of their 3 rooms on the GF, 2 were empty.
we checked into room 107 and the room was disgusting with shoe stains on the wall and weird patched on the bed sheet. We immediately requested to change our room and were given room 109.

property is located in good place, it has nice room, clean and comfortable price is bit higher comparison to amenities they provide.
staffs were supportive and polite.
safe for couple, they respect privacy

Comfortable, clean, courteous staff. But room wasn't ready for my check in even though I came more than an hour after 12 pm. Otherwise, comfortable stay.
