This is my 3rd time I'm staying in this hotel& this was my worst experience in this hotel, the bed ply was broken bcoz of that the mattress was uneven when I complained about it first he said that they will change my room in sometime, i called them 4-5 times to ask about the room but there were no response and at the end of the day they said they don't have room you have to adjust for a night then they will change the bed bcoz of the uneven mattress me and my friend got back pain, next day we a ...more
