    Pathetic room services. Fridge, AC, TV, toilet flush not working. Need to call room service again and again for changing the glasses and cups. One of the staff was washing the glass in bathroom only. food and other staff is good but it is not worthy for room services.

    I had to change the room ( after so many follow ups) as AC, fridge, TV and intercom was not working in the firstroom. First room was smelling bad. Second room was also smelling bad. Fridge also does not cool( it was a show piece). I did not take buffet from the resort. Resort does not provide other than very limited option from ala carte menu. Literally no Roti and no subji. See the menu. Indirectly resort management force you to take buffet option. They don't even provide dishes while serving ...more

    game changer in this resort is double bed in room with large size of room. swimming pool is very nice and entertainment for kids are very much nuce. food quality is good but ordering for room service take much time and costly also. overall recommanded.

    Disappointing Service Despite a Spacious Property The rooms were quite spacious, but unfortunately, there were no basic amenities readily available. We had to call for everythingā€”starting from lights, AC, kettle, cups, water bottles, glasses, coffee, etc. Even the fridge in the room was not functioning properly.     insects were there in the room. ac was not working. this is option for group and not for family. there was only 1 zumba activity which was good and nothing else. sports room was not good. food was so much costly. breakfast was superb ( mainly puri and idli). it takes too much of time to get room once you reach in resort. there is nothing in resort to enjoy for kids ( other than pool )
