stay was good, staff very polite, location very good. room size very small, no toiletaries provided, no complimentary water bottle hence considering these rate should be lower. otherwise all ok.

excellent stay with outstanding service!
i recently stayed at divine, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. the staff was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. the rooms were good.
the hotel's location was perfect—conveniently close to station, yet peaceful and relaxing. the food was another highlight; the breakfast spread was delicious with a great variety of options.

Very clean stay. 24 hrs hot water. I recommend to all catagory travellers to stay at Divine hotel. All baisic amenities available.

Best part of this hotel is that it is very close to Borivali station right in market. Makes it more accessible and comfortable. Rooms are clean and hygienic and staff os warm and supportive.

Stay was not bad but at the time of checkout good experience just vanished due to BAD behaviour of reception guy. They can do everything bad with its customers because there is very limited availibility of Hotels nearby. This is the only hotels in all nearby locations so they just have thier Ego at peak. In todays world everthing depends on customer delight and customer can find that delight somewhere else by paying some extra amount. Not recommended at all.
