Very pathetic situation ... I have booked divya hotel ..As per booking deluxe room was booked ,.when i reach in hotel they said no deluxe room empty..if you pay additional 1000 more will allot you sweet room ..i was agreed due to my family is with me and time is approx 11 pm .. but in given room AC was not working/ No phone /No TV nothing .. Very poor experience with this hotel .

non proficient staff,no towel,soap any accessories at all, non behavioural IDK why may be its saawan but worst to stay many availaible near assi ghat dont go for this.

It is an old hotel with poor maintenance, but the problem is that they are charging huge amount without providing basic necessities. I was 2,000 per day for so called suite room..... Guy's I wouldn't recommend you to book this hotel
cleanliness, lack of basic necessities, and old dilapidated hotel building which seriously requires renovation

Hotel was good but too low quality compared to the rent I paid. no hot water. no intercom. lift defective. no local information on pilgrimage aspects. Canteen facility with heavily delayed service (a tea ordered at 6.00 am was provided at 9.00 am & heavy cost. ) Defective invoice (bill) without any details & GST was probably evaded
