the hotel room was not displayed properly on the listing. the room i had booked was on 3rd floor (no lift) and had completely different from this photo - it didn't even have space to get down from both side of beds. we complained and asked for cancelation, then they gave us this option. it's did not even have kettle and tea bags for morning tea.

Room is ok but not clean properly.hair falling on Bedsheet.cheacking experience is good but check out experience is bad. the person on reception duty in morning is very rude to speak with me basically this is hourly facility hotel not for stay with family

stay was good but found some thing like blanket is dirty I found hairs at blanket and blanket is burn I found burn whole at blanket please improve this ASAP
